Do you know your blood pressure?

You can take a test to check that your blood pressure is healthy.

It is important your doctor has this information to give you the best care.

• You can use the BP machine available in the surgery (or one at home if you have one).
• Just follow the instructions on the machine to get a reading
• Give the reading to your Doctor or Nurse, hand it in to the Reception Staff or send it to use via secure contact form.
• The result will be checked and added to your record
